Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. Please see the DAMAGES AND ISSUSES section below for how to proceed if your items are delivered damaged. If you have any questions, please email us at deerpathcountrymarket@yahoo.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be sure to take photos and keep all items and packaging. These items may need to be taken to the Post Office for inspection if a claim is opened.
Exchanges
Please be sure to double check your cart and ensure all colors and sizes, on applicable products, are correct. Most of these items are made to order (we have the materials, but don't make or assemble the item until an order is placed) We do not offer exchanges. Also, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding any of our handcrafted products.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your order is damaged in transit and a refund is issued, please remember it may take several business days for the refund to process back into your account. Any refunds are automatically refunded to the original payment method.
